Could be a little more diagonal, but I give him a 9/10 for effort.

Guessing there wasn’t a handicapped hangar on the rearview ...

The rondel is blue and white, what more do you want?

Well observed.
My mom had such a hangar, and if I did errands for her, I would not park in a handicapped space. I’d rather walk half a mile. Yet I have known a couple people with elderly parents who will park in the HC space. Indefensible.

Here we use HC plates, not tags

Here’s to hoping that everyone who passes by leaves a little thank you mark on this car.

Mom just had a mirror hangar for her ‘98 Malibu (most grandma car ever made).

My ex wife would use my dad’s when she was 7-9 months pregnant. But that should be allowed anyways imo

Technically the driver isn’t wrong.
They have a disability in that they can’t park for shit.
It’s not entirely in the disabled spot if you discount the chevrons as not being a disabled parking area (granted it’s not a parking area either).
Bonus points for not using the, ‘it’s okay I can park anywhere’ hazard lights. Lol.
